Accountabilities
- Provide guidance, structure, draft, and negotiate agreements on strategic opportunities.
- Advise on Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related compliance matters.
- Identify, assess, and communicate contract risks and obligations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal Centers of Expertise and compliance professionals.
- Advise on federal healthcare laws and regulations impacting commercial transactions.
- Develop and implement training programs related to legal and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from a recognized US law school and admission to practice law.
- Licensed to practice in at least one US state or the District of Columbia.
- 5+ years of experience with commercial contracts in a corporate or law firm setting.
- Experience with federal government contracts highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
