Job DetailsKey Responsibilities

• * Serve as the primary legal advisor for all plant level operations
• * Advise leadership and HR on labor and employment matters including employee relations, union issues, disputes, investigations, and compliance
• * Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and operational contracts
• * Provide guidance on corporate governance and internal policy compliance
• * Support environmental and regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing operations
• * Manage audits, investigations, and compliance programs
• * Partner with and manage external counsel as needed
• * Monitor legal and regulatory changes and proactively advise leadership
• * Help establish legal processes and infrastructure for a growing operation

Qualifications

• * Juris Doctor or LL.M. from an accredited law school
• * 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house manufacturing or industrial environment
• * Strong labor and employment law expertise
• * Solid background in corporate law and contract management
• * Working knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
• * Experience advising business leaders in fast-paced, operational settings
• * Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• * Supporting a new facility launch or rapidly scaling operation
• * Experience in multinational or cross-cultural organizations
