Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Process Servers. This is a flexible opportunity offering both part-time and full-time hours, with the ability to work as much as you'd like.
Position Details:
- Hours: Typically 25–40 hours per week (flexible, no cap)
- Schedule Window: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Pay:
- $17/hour + mileage reimbursement
- $20/hour once commissioned
- Employment Type: Temp-to-perm (approx. 3.5 months)
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve legal documents such as summons, subpoenas, and court papers
- Complete 3–4 service attempts per hour
- Travel along assigned routes (starting near your home)
- Accurately track routes, mileage, and hours using a mobile app
- Work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Obtain a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong time management and reliability
- Willingness to undergo:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Polygraph (required for commissioning)
