Legal Executive Assistant - Houston AreaA global full-service law firm located in Houston is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join their team. Candidates must have at least 5+years of executive assistant experience in a law firm. Job duties include:
- Prepare, edit, proofread, format, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and other client-facing materials using Microsoft Office.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing conflict checks, attorney time entry, expense reports, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, calendar management, and other daily workflow activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct basic legal and business research, coordinate conference calls and virtual meetings.
- Partner effectively with attorneys, legal support staff, and internal departments.
- Organize, maintain, and update both electronic and physical client files in accordance with firm policies.
