Job Description

Duration: 03 Months Contract with Possible ExtensionJob Summary:
  • This project consists of scanning documents into E-files, packing and cataloging files in boxes to be shipped to office site.
  • Computer skills need and the ability to move around in a file room a lot of standing and moving around.
  • This project consist of attention to details, physically going to files, sorting files into categories by looking up data in Excel Spreadsheets (sort, find etc.) to determine what category each file falls into, scanning documents into E-files if needed, packing and cataloging files in boxes to be retained if necessary. 
  • Computer skills would be Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Teams Meetings/Chat features needed, and the ability to move around in a file room a lot of standing, moving/sorting files. 
  • Be able to work collectively with others but also independently.
