An opportunity awaits for a dynamic professional to enhance a prestigious law firm's Client & Innovation Office. This role seeks a passionate individual who can bridge the gap between legal workflows and cutting-edge technology, offering practical solutions that enhance the value derived from AI, contract analysis, document automation, and litigation management solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting legal teams with integrating technological solutions seamlessly into live projects and internal operations. - Collaborating on the development and execution of projects using advanced platforms, ensuring tailored configurations and successful launches. - Crafting user-friendly resources such as guides, FAQs, checklists, and visual aids to streamline the adoption process. - Conducting introductory sessions, application demonstrations, and providing continuous support. - Monitoring technology adoption rates, collating user feedback, documenting challenges, and suggesting enhancements. - Collaborating with a diverse team comprising attorneys, IT, and other departments to drive technology-driven legal solutions. - Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in legal technology to ensure the firm remains ahead of industry trends.
Ideal candidates will have:
- An understanding of the workings within law firms or legal departments, particularly in relation to attorney output and workflow cycles. - Proven hands-on experience in supporting, implementing, or optimizing legal technology systems. - A knack for quickly mastering new technologies and conveying their usage effectively to a varied audience. - Experience with renowned legal technology platforms and a familiarity with AI-driven legal processes. - An exceptional skill set in communication, customer service, and problem-solving. - Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in SharePoint, Teams, and Excel; proficiency in Power BI is advantageous. - A professional approach towards managing confidential information. - A college degree relevant to the field is preferred.
