Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to enhance our Client & Innovation division within a renowned law firm. This position suits a tech-savvy individual who relishes tackling legal technology hurdles and facilitating attorneys in maximizing the benefits of AI-driven tools, contract assessment software, document automation, and litigation management systems.
Key Duties: - Assist legal practitioners in integrating cutting-edge technology into ongoing cases and internal processes. - Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of projects using solutions like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, among others. - Develop user-centric materials such as quick-reference guides, FAQs, checklists, and instructional notes. - Conduct initial training sessions, software demonstrations, and offer regular support for relevant platforms. - Monitor technology adoption, solicit feedback, address user challenges, and identify enhancement opportunities. - Collaborate with legal professionals, IT, innovation teams, trainers, knowledge managers, vendors, and practice groups to craft tech-enabled approaches. - Keep abreast of emerging legal technology trends, including AI, contract review software, collaborative tools, and case management systems.
Qualifications: - Understanding of law firm or legal team workflows, encompassing attorney documentation, case life cycles, and litigation or transaction processes. - Proven experience in legal tech support, system roll-out, project execution, or workflow optimization. - Quick learner of new technologies with the ability to convey tech concepts effectively to legal and non-technical audiences. - Knowledge of legal technology solutions such as Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or equivalents. - Experience with GenAI prompts, no-code/low-code solutions, or AI-enhanced legal processes. - Exceptional listening, communication, client service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and analytic tools; familiarity with Power BI is beneficial. - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
