Legal Intake/Sales Development Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Intake/Sales Development Supervisor to lead and grow our Legal Intake and SDR team. This role is responsible for supervising daily intake operations, coaching and developing team members, auditing performance, and driving higher revenue outcomes. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a sales-driven, metrics-focused environment and enjoys building systems, improving performance, and helping teams win.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and develop the Legal Intake / SDR team
Set performance expectations and manage individual and team KPIs
Audit intake calls, CRM entries, and workflows for quality and consistency
Improve team conversion rates, contact rates, and closing performance
Create and maintain team success profiles outlining best practices and benchmarks
Prepare and present performance and quality assurance reports
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
Implement training, scripts, and process improvements
Develop and propose innovative ideas to grow sales and improve intake efficiency
Partner with leadership and marketing to optimize lead handling and follow-up
Own and complete assigned projects and initiatives within established timelines, ensuring successful implementation and measurable impact.
Provide support within the department as needed – taking calls, handling leads, and any other duties as required by management.
Qualifications
Experience leading a legal intake, sales development, or call center team
Strong background in sales coaching, performance management, and conversion optimization
Experience auditing calls and providing actionable feedback
Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on KPIs and outcomes
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
CRM and call-tracking experience preferred
Legal industry experience preferred, but not required
Benefits:
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 with Bonus Structure
PTO – 5 days sick/personal, 10 days’ vacation
