Position Overview:

The Legal Intake Specialist and Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key first point of contact for our potential clients. This hybrid role combines intake and client onboarding with front-desk responsibilities, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience for all who engage with our firm—whether in person, by phone, or virtually.

This team member is responsible for handling new client inquiries, managing the intake pipeline, and providing reception coverage during in-office days. You’ll be the voice and face of our firm—setting the tone for each client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Intake & SDR Duties

• Respond to new client inquiries with empathy and professionalism

• Pre-qualify leads, perform conflict checks, and schedule consultations

• Guide potential clients through the intake funnel; follow up with leads who haven’t converted

• Prepare intake reports and maintain clear documentation in our systems

• Educate clients on services and set realistic expectations

• Assist with onboarding new clients after engagement

Receptionist Duties (In-Office Days)

• Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival

• Answer and route incoming calls in a polished, professional manner

• Manage front office appearance and ensure a welcoming environment

• Receive deliveries, handle mail, and assist with administrative office tasks

• Support attorneys and staff with occasional clerical needs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $45,000 – $70,000 based on experience and qualifications
