Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Client Intake: Efficiently manage client intake processes, gathering essential information to start client cases promptly.
Communication: Serve as the initial primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication between clients and attorneys.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client information, agreements, and communications to support legal processes and ensure compliance.
Client Support: Provide compassionate and empathetic support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns professionally and promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless coordination and support in delivering exceptional legal services to clients.
RequirementsLegal Background: Basic knowledge of legal terminology and processes is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Client-Centric: Passion for assisting clients and providing exceptional service in a legal setting.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals and deliver outstanding client experiences.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using office software and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in a legal or administrative role is beneficial but not required.
