Role
Crown Castle is looking for a legal intern to join its Houston office for the Summer 2026. The intern will primarily work in the areas of corporate governance, securities, finance and lobbying compliance, as well as other public company transactional work.
Requirements
- Must attend an accredited law school in the U.S.
- 1L/2L/3L (no recent graduates)
- Ability to start in June 2026
- Resumes must include GPA and Class Rank
Preferences
- Prior internship or work experience
- Top 25% of class

Desired Class Level: 1L, 2L, 3L (no recent graduates)
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. Beginning July 1, 2026, our hybrid work model will be adjusted to 4 days in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $23.00 per hour.
