What You'll Be Doing

M&A Deal Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts by reviewing contracts, corporate records, and regulatory filings related to mergers and acquisitions.
Litigation Management Support: Assist in drafting litigation summaries, organizing case files, and tracking deadlines to support active litigation matters.
Corporate Governance: Help maintain corporate records, prepare board resolutions, and ensure compliance with governance protocols.
Business Legal Support: Provide general assistance to business units, including contract review, research, and issue spotting.
Compliance Program Development & Maintenance: Collaborate with the compliance team to develop, update, and maintain policies, training materials, and monitoring tools, and assist with compliance reporting and risk assessments.

What Are We Looking For

Students pursuing or interested in pre-law, legal studies, compliance or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Interest in legal, compliance, and corporate governance
Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business setting
