Our agency is partnering with a national law firm seeking employment litigators at several experience levels. Represent employers in workplace disputes while taking meaningful ownership of cases, working directly with clients, and developing your practice alongside experienced litigators.

What you will doLead legal malpractice, accountants malpractice, and related professional liability defense matters.Represent accounting professionals in litigation, regulatory proceedings, and professional committee matters.Build relationships with insurers, insured professionals, brokers, and clients.Supervise associates and support staff and guide litigation strategy.Contribute to business development and collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth.

What you bringActive California bar admission.10+ years of legal malpractice and accountants malpractice defense experience.Experience representing accounting professionals in state and federal courts and related regulatory or professional proceedings.Ability to understand accounting and auditing documents and financial statements.Strong litigation, leadership, client management, and business development skills.Experience representing insurers and insured professionals preferred.
