Legal Marketing Assistant- Downtown Houston AreaA prestigious international law firm operating in over 20 cities is seeking a Legal Marketing Assistant to add to their team. Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant marketing experience within a law firm setting. This position offers benefits and a great work environment as well as paid parking. This position is 100% in the office. Duties include:
- Provide administrative and operational support for the firms Marketing and Business Development (MBD) initiatives, contributing to the successful execution of strategic projects and departmental goals.Support the leadership team with a variety of administrative functions, including coordination of communications, scheduling, project tracking, and workflow management.Serve as a primary administrative contact and liaison between offices, internal teams, firm personnel, external agencies, and vendors. Manage and monitor project workflows to ensure assignments are progressing efficiently and status updates remain accurate and current. Review and verify Marketing Communications request submissions for completeness and accuracy to support timely project execution.
