Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated, organized Legal Office Assistant to join a small, busy legal team. This role helps keep everything running smoothly — perfect for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with the team, clients, and others as needed.

  • Keep files (paper and digital) organized.

  • Help with scheduling, calendars, and general admin tasks.

  • Pitch in on other tasks to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years office experience.

  • Comfortable with computers and learning new software.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.

What We Offer

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 to 6:00
  • $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience (OT is available!)
