  • Build, implement, and maintain firm-wide SOPs, systems, and workflows. Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Own all workflow and case management systems (including Monday.com). Ensure accurate tracking, visibility, and regular audits for compliance
  • Hold attorneys and staff accountable to workflows, performance standards, and system usage. Monitor case progress and resolve bottlenecks
  • Oversee deadline tracking and firm-wide calendaring with redundancy systems to prevent missed deadlines
  • Manage intake pipeline from initial contact through case assignment. Ensure efficient routing, follow-up, and optimization of conversion metrics
  • Run bi-weekly team meetings and drive clear communication, alignment, and follow-through across the firm
  • Oversee onboarding, training materials, documentation, and support performance management processes
  • Track and report on key metrics (revenue per attorney, case timelines, intake/conversion) with weekly updates to leadership
  • Lead operational projects (hiring, systems, process improvements) with clear execution, timelines, and accountability
  • Oversee vendors, tools, operational infrastructure, settlement disbursements, and office operations. Coordinate with marketing/tech as needed
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience and resolve service issues
  • Act as operational gatekeeper for the Founder, escalating only high-level decisions and supporting leadership meetings
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years in operations management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using Monday.com strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to hold high-performing professionals accountable
  • Strong project management skills with ability to execute across multiple initiatives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with full ownership mindset
