• Produce and distribute performance reports while analyzing key operational metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.*
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned legal servicing partners, providing guidance and supporting strong working relationships.*
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators including (but not limited to) Legal Scorecards, Garnishment Goals, Renewal Goals, Suit Goals, and other client-specific metrics.*
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal data systems to identify performance trends, risks, and account-level opportunities.*
• Translate data findings into actionable insights and communicate recommended adjustments to servicing partners.*
• Ensure sustained accuracy and attention to detail across reporting cycles.*
• Monitor partner performance against service standards and client expectations while identifying and addressing performance gaps.*
• Conduct performance reviews, document action plans, and ensure follow-through on corrective measures and operational initiatives.*
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support client and operational objectives.*
• Analyze processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and contribute to ongoing performance improvement and risk mitigation efforts.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred*
• Advanced Excel proficiency*
• Legal collections, debt collection, financial services, or related industry experience is a plus*
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends*
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
