Job Description Summary:
Fenwick is excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Legal Personnel Department. This internship provides exposure to AI‑related projects and process improvements across the firm’s talent teams.Job Description:
Interns may assist with organizing data, supporting AI initiatives, documenting processes, coordinating with recruiting and talent teams, and contributing to resources that enhance attorney talent programs.
This internship can be based in any of the following office locations:
- Silicon Valley, CA
- San Francisco, CA
- Washington, D.C.
The position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring at least one day on‑site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in‑office days depending on business and client needs. This role is non-exempt and may be full-time or part-time, depending on availability and business needs. The internship is expected to run through summer 2026.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a professional environment
The anticipated pay rate for our internship is $21 - $25 per hour.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$1 - $1,500,000Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
