Leads the design, development, and execution of Legal Department technology solutions with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 experience delivery, knowledge management, SharePoint architecture and governance, Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, data/reporting enablement, and AI adoption. The role supports data management from the reporting side by structuring data, improving data quality and governance, and enabling reporting and analytics through SQL-driven datasets and tools such as Power BI or Tableau. The role also serves as an AI leader for Legal, helping implement and promote Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and future AI-enabled capabilities as they come online. Operates with autonomy, partners across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology, leads complex projects, drives training and adoption, and builds scalable solutions that transform legal service delivery and operational efficiency.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Eight or more years of hands-on experience with SharePoint, including SharePoint Online and/or on-premises environments, with demonstrated expertise in site architecture, permissions/security, governance, metadata, and content management.
2. Hands-on experience developing and managing workflows within SharePoint, including modern Power Automate solutions and legacy SharePoint workflow tools such as SharePoint Designer workflows or similar, with ability to transition and modernize legacy solutions.
3. Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
4. Experience with SQL, data management, data validation, dataset design, and reporting data preparation in support of operational analytics.
5. Experience creating, supporting, or partnering on dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
6. Experience evaluating, implementing, supporting, or promoting adoption of AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, generative AI, intelligent automation, or related platforms.
7. Demonstrated ability to lead technology adoption initiatives, user training, workshops, office hours, documentation, and change management programs for new tools and capabilities.
8. Understanding of responsible AI principles, data governance, privacy considerations, information security, and appropriate controls for AI-enabled workflows.
9. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
