Job Description

A long-standing law firm is seeking a full time Receptionist within the Charleston, West Virginia office. Candidate will assist attorney(s) and staff in the performance of secretarial and clerical duties, including operating a multi-line telephone system and greeting and directing visitors and clients. Candidate is required to handle confidential client and firm data in an ethical manner.

Duties include answering incoming telephone calls, welcoming on-site visitors and guests, filing, preparing legal documents and correspondence, assisting with maintaining client files, and other similar legal support functions.

Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), ProLaw or a similar case management system and previous experience working with a Document Management System is preferred.
