Legal Receptionist & Switchboard

Pay rate: $17.69- $19.00/hr Hours: 8-5pm, M-F Location: Atlanta, GA Temp to hire Summary:

• Responsible for reception duties/hospitality duties, as well as print/copy and mail duties. The type of candidate that would be successful in this role is one who has law firm experience.
• This person would need to have the ability to serve at the reception desk, be flexible, a team player, and customer service focused.
• This person would need to be able to work well under pressure, as sometime law firms can be demanding depending on the customers' needs.
• physical requirements (extensive standing, walking, lifting).
• Work Address: 3560 Lenox Road NE, Suite 1600 - Atlanta, Georgia 30326
• Dress Code: Law firm-Business Casual.
• Driving: No driving
• Parking is $10.00 -12.00 per day/There is some free parking in the area as well).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required. Associate Degree or Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Two years of related business experience preferred, strong preference for Admin experience particularly in a law firm/legal environment.
• MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated organizational and communications skills.
• Proactive attitude.
