YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Legal Receptionist- Clerical Assistant works from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

YOUR DAY

When you become our Legal Receptionist- Clerical Assistant, you will:

Handle our multi-line phone system, quickly answer incoming phone calls, and direct calls to the correct person
Warmly greet clients and help out however possible
Scan a high volume of documents and properly sort them to keep files organized
Create new case files and open up claims
Provide bilingual English/Spanish support as needed
Assist with additional duties as assigned
