If you consider yourself a "people person" and would love to support a local firm in achieving great results for clients, then you need to keep reading about this full-time Legal Receptionist position with Kurt Thompson Law Group! We're looking for an upbeat, accurate, and organized person to join our Boca Raton, FL firm and help clients receive the exceptional legal services they need.

You'll earn $18.00+ per hour (based on experience) and work a consistent 8:30 am to 5:00 pm schedule. As for our benefits, you'll enjoy:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Our Legal Receptionist is the friendly person who greets clients when they call our office and handles the vital clerical duties that keep our firm organized and successful! You'll help ensure we provide incredible service to clients by promptly answering their phone calls and maintaining accurate, organized records. Your clerical duties will include scanning a high volume of documents, submitting new cases, and opening up claims. As you engage with clients, update files, and help out with other duties as assigned, you'll help our firm reach new heights! Bilingual fluency would be highly beneficial!
