Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Legal Receptionist / Administrative AssistantMiami, FL (onsite)3+Month ContractOverviewProvide front desk reception and administrative support in a legal office environment. Responsible for greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, managing conference rooms, supporting meetings, and completing light clerical duties while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service.Responsibilities Meet and greet visitors and staff, providing a professional and welcoming experience Answer and manage incoming calls and emails following proper etiquette Schedule, prepare, and maintain conference rooms (supplies, beverages, video conferencing, catering) Monitor visitor access and follow security procedures; track staff whereabouts to assist inquiries Perform administrative tasks including document preparation, correspondence, filing, calendar management, scheduling, and invoice entry (Excel) Assist with meeting coordination, deadlines, and general office support Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization; perform light housekeeping Order and organize office supplies and manage supply areas Provide hospitality services (coffee, water, food orders) Assist with issuing and tracking office items (badges, directories, devices) Build professional relationships and support internal teams Participate in office initiatives or events as needed Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred 3+ years of administrative/reception or switchboard experience preferred (legal environment strongly preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work with office/technical equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
