Job Description
Job Title: Legal Receptionist
Location: Lakeland, FL
Pay: $16.00-$21.00/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Greet and welcome all visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner*Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
*Open and close files, scan files and follow up on files
*Maintain calendar
*Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling and ordering supplies*Maintain a neat and organized reception area
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*High School Diploma/GED
*1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role*Strong communication and interpersonal skills*Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite*Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
