HumanHire is partnered with an Am Law 100 Law Firm to find a Legal Secretary to join the firms growing team in LA or Orange County. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level litigation administrative support to firm attorneys by managing, drafting, formatting, and e-filing court documents, coordinating schedules, and utilizing firm technology to ensure accurate, timely work product.We Offer:
- Pay: $100,000 - $120,000K Base plus OT and Bonus*

- Create, format, edit, and proofread complex legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for accuracy and firm standards*
- Prepare, process, and execute state and federal court filings, including electronic court filings (e-filings)*
- Manage attorney schedules, document management workflows, and extranet/FTP data sites to ensure seamless virtual and administrative support*
- Respond promptly to attorney requests and coordinate firm resources to handle shifting priorities across multiple practice groups*
- Assist attorneys and support staff with leveraging legal technologies to streamline work product and increase operational efficiency
- 4+ years of legal secretarial, legal assistant, or legal administrative support experience in a law firm environment *
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) with strong technical aptitude for legal software and e-filing systems*
- Superior organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills with a proven ability to deliver accurate work product virtually under tight deadlines
