Job Details
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and client communications
Manage calendars, court deadlines, filings, and hearing coordination
Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Maintain organized case files, manage document intake, and support day-to-day office operations
