Job Description
This role provides administrative and legal support to two Fiduciary Accountants, ensuring probate, guardianship, trust, and estate administration. You will be involved in managing deadlines, preparing legal documents, organizing client files, and supporting day‑to‑day workflow in a fast‑paced environment.Client DetailsThe client is a highly respected, long‑established law firm recognized for its work in probate, guardianship, trusts, and estate administration. They are known for their commitment to excellence and a culture that values integrity, confidentiality, and exceptional client service at every level.DescriptionProvide administrative and organizational support to two Fiduciary Accountants, helping keep their workflows efficient.Prepare, file, and manage probate and guardianship pleadings with accuracy, ensuring documents move smoothly through the appropriate channels.Maintain and monitor case calendars, deadlines, and key dates for probate, guardianship, trust, and estate matters.Draft, revise, and finalize various legal documents and correspondence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.Handle day‑to‑day document management-including scanning, copying, mailing, and maintaining well‑organized client files.ProfileHolds a Paralegal Studies degree or equivalent relevant experience.Knowledgeable about Florida Probate Court procedures, e‑portal systems, and CSC e‑recording platforms.Proficient in Microsoft Office, iManage, Outlook, Aderant, GEMS, Excel, and Westlaw.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, strong communicator, and able to manage multiple deadlines.Proactive, able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, handle a full workload, and work overtime when required.Job OfferCompetitive salary up to $70,000, depending on experience.Full benefits package with comprehensive coverage.Non‑exempt role with eligibility for overtime pay.25 days of PTO.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
