A respected private wealth law firm in North Naples is hiring a Legal Secretary to provide dedicated support to two partners.
This is a full-time, direct hire role. They're looking for someone that is able to work 5x/week onsite in North Naples.
Salary: Up to 70K DOE!
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and scheduling for attorneys
- Prepare and proof client correspondence and documents
- Maintain organized physical and electronic files
- Enter time and assist with monthly client billing
- Coordinate signings and client meetings, and serve as the in-office point of contact
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Discretion with confidential information
