Description
- Manage the end-to-end billing process for the billing department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
- Provide support for client inquiries related to billing and payment processes.
- Assist in implementing billing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor junior staff on billing procedures and systems.
Profile
A successful Legal Senior Billing Coordinator should have:
- Large law firm billing experience
- Proficiency in billing software (Aderant/Elite/3E) and financial systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
