Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Austin, TX. We treat you like you are part of the family.Job Title: Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist Work Location: Austin, TX Duration: Long-term contract with option to hireHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalentJob Description & Responsibilities:
- This is a hands-on position; candidate will be assisting with office services related tasks such as printing/copying/scanning; sending out overnight packages and regular mail; may need to assist with conference room setups (food/beverage); coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff.
- Personnel that have experience in the industry, previously worked at a law firm and customer service oriented.
- There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking. No special equipment besides the client copiers.
- Driving: No driving required
- Dress Code: Business Casual
