Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist

Pay Rate: $22.00-$23.00/hrSchedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMLocation: Palo Alto, CAType: Temp-to-HireSummary Seeking a professional and customer-focused Business Center Associate to support daily operations, including greeting clients, managing conference rooms, coordinating services, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring an exceptional on-site experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, preferably in a business center or legal environment. Candidates should be reliable, organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities.Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2+ years of related experience
• 2+ years in the legal industry strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with copiers, document services, shipping/receiving, and office technology preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
