Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Legal Site Spvr.MS Ops . This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Kansas City, MO(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Job ID:26-33143 Pay Range: $17.79 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support including mail handling, printing, copying, and reception coverage.
Organize supplies and maintain general office upkeep.
Assist with coordinating courier requests and supporting office events.
Interact with executive-level end users, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with contract requirements.
Handle sensitive and confidential documents while maintaining professionalism under tight deadlines.
Train team members on workflow and machine operations as necessary.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Familiarity with chargeback systems (e.g., Copitrak, Equitrak).
Understanding of legal processes, including depositions and court systems.
2+ years of experience in office administration, mailroom operations, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in the legal industry is preferred.
