• 5:30 pm)OverviewSupervises day-to-day operations of a 1-person legal office site.Acts as the primary onsite contact for customer service, document services, and operational support.Works independently in a high-demand, client-facing environment, ensuring quality, confidentiality, and timely completion of all work.Responsibilities Manage daily operations including mail, shipping/receiving, print/scan, reception, and hospitality Serve as point of contact for customer issues, contract compliance, and executive-level interactions Handle sensitive, time-critical legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality Perform document production (e.g., closing binders, deposition materials) and related legal support tasks Process invoicing, chargebacks, and maintain workflow scheduling to meet deadlines and quality standards Operate and maintain office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, AV equipment) Ensure payroll/timekeeping accuracy and track productivity, quality, and deadlines Maintain site profitability by managing supplies, costs, and supporting P&L awareness Provide training on workflows, processes, and equipment as needed Complete site reports and assist with month-end reporting when required Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales) to resolve pricing, orders, and invoicing issues Support scheduling of labor, equipment, and supplies for offsite legal work (e.g., trials)Requirements High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience Minimum 2 years of legal industry experience strongly preferred Experience working independently in a single-person or small site environment Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills Ability to interact professionally with legal staff, executives, and clients Experience with document production and legal workflows (court systems, depositions, binders) Familiarity with chargeback systems (e.g., Copitrak/Equitrak) preferred Ability to train others on workflows and equipment Proficient with office equipment and technology Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
