• Experience supporting Attorneys in Business Venture Capital matters
• Minimum of 7 + years practicing in a large law firm environment
• Previous experience assisting venture deal closings and prepare closing notebooks (closing binder, operating agreements, organization charts)
• Previous experience drafting & coordinating filings of corporate documents with registered agents and state agencies (preferred)
• Experience handling time entry, new business intake, scheduling travel arrangements & reservations, expense reports, etc.
