Litigation Associate – Lemon Law (Remote | California Bar Required)
A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working independently while also benefiting from strong mentorship, collaboration, and long-term professional growth.
This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Responsibilities
- Manage a pre-litigation caseload involving California Lemon Law matters.
- Evaluate new cases, including statute of limitations and case viability.
- Audit newly retained matters for completeness and identify additional information needed.
- Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers, dealerships, and opposing counsel.
- Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and other pre-litigation documents.
- Provide strategic counsel and exceptional client service throughout the pre-litigation process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with the ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution.
- Experience with pleadings, legal research, negotiations, and client counseling.
- Active California Bar license required.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
