Job DetailsResponsibilities

• Manage cases from complaint through resolution, including motions, depositions, mediations, settlements, and trial preparation
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and related proceedings
• Conduct and defend depositions and manage all phases of discovery
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and settlement agreements
• Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
