Job DetailsPrior experience in lemon law and consumer warranty defense is helpful but not required. The firm is seeking a motivated candidate with 1+ year of litigation experience and a commitment to client service.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documentsConduct and defend depositionsParticipate in settlement negotiations and draft agreementsAppear in court for hearings and law and motion mattersEngage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counselAssist with trial preparation and case strategyPerform legal research to support litigation effortsQualificationsLicensed and in good standing with the California State Bar1+ year of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty or lemon law experience is a plus)Strong writing, research, and communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage deadlines effectivelyAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyMotivated, dependable, and eager to develop litigation skillsIf you're looking for a great firm please apply today!Interested in hearing more?
