We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons.Why join us?We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lemon Law Attorney to join our consumer rights practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer protection law, civil litigation, and negotiation, with specific experience representing clients in lemon law or warranty disputes. This role involves managing a caseload from intake through resolution, advocating for clients against manufacturers and dealerships, and ensuring consumers receive fair compensation for defective vehicles.Job DetailsResponsibilities

Evaluate potential lemon law claims and determine case viability through client interviews, document review, and legal research.
Draft and file demand letters, complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in pre-litigation negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
Analyze manufacturer warranty policies and state/federal consumer protection statutes (e.g., Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act).
Maintain accurate records of all case activity in the firm’s case management system.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
2+ years of experience in consumer protection, warranty, or civil litigation.
Lemon Law experience strongly preferred.
