Hampshire Hills Athletic Club is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented Les Mills Group Fitness Instructors to join our Group Fitness team. We are looking for instructors for all Les Mills programs.
If you are passionate about fitness, love connecting with members, and are committed to delivering a high-quality class experience, we would love to meet you!

Requirements
- Les Mills certification: Grade 4 or higher in the program you are applying to teach, or equivalent years of teaching experience may be considered.
- Grade 3 or less, we may mentor you to bring out the best instructor you can be.
- National certification: AFAA or ACE certification is required within one year of hire.
- Live class demonstration: Candidates must complete a live teaching demonstration as part of the hiring process.
- Commitment: Must be willing to make a consistent commitment to the schedule and reliably teach an assigned regular class.
- Teamwork: Must work well with teammates and contribute to a supportive, positive, and collaborative team environment.
- Professionalism: Demonstrates reliability, preparedness, positive communication, and a strong commitment to Hampshire Hills Athletic Club standards.
- Member-focused: Creates an inclusive, motivating, and welcoming experience for members of all fitness levels.
- Coachability: Willing to receive feedback, continue developing skills, and participate in instructor education and team initiatives.
