Job Description

Level 1 Endo/GI Tech (Contract) – New York 14642

Pay: $1,087 – $1,231 per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Hours: 5 x 8-hour shifts

Position Overview:

Support Endoscopy/GI procedures in a clinical setting
Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of endoscopic equipment
Assist with patient care and procedural support

Key Responsibilities:

Apply aseptic techniques during equipment prep and procedures
Perform endoscope reprocessing (cleaning, leak testing, high-level disinfection)
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
Follow protocols for equipment storage and infection control
Assist with patient care tasks (vitals, transport, documentation)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience required
Travel experience required (at least 1 completed assignment)
HLD certification highly preferred
Strong knowledge of endoscope reprocessing and infection control
