Job Title: Level 2 Radiology X-ray Technologist

Location: Tahlequah, OK 

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7 AM - 3:30 PM or M-T 1 PM - 11 PM (4x10 schedule available, actual schedule TBD)  

On Call: No call required 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Level 2 Radiology X-ray Technologist to join our dynamic team in Tahlequah, OK. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels. With your advanced training, you will also assist in the administration of radiation therapy treatments. 

Responsibilities: 

- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures with precision and adhere to safety protocols. 

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. 

- Utilize computer information systems for patient data management; familiarity with Cerner is preferred. 

- Maintain and operate imaging equipment according to established guidelines. 

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies. 

- Assist in the preparation and administration of radiation therapy treatments as necessary. 

- Provide support and guidance to patients, ensuring their comfort throughout the imaging process. 

Qualifications: 

- Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required. 

- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. 

- A minimum of 2 years of recent radiology experience is preferred. 

- Pediatric experience is a plus. 

- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in word processing.
