Job Description

Level 3 RN – OR Pre-Post/PACU (Contract)

Location: NY 14456Pay: $1,938 – $2,176/weekContract: 16 weeks

Schedule

  • Shift: 1st/Day Shift, 4x9s

  • Hours (12-hour clock): 06:30/07:30 – 15:30/16:30

  • On-Call: Weekends, holidays, and flex shift rotation; PACU call response within 60 minutes

  • Floating: Between Geneva General Hospital and Finger Lakes Surgery Center

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Provide perioperative, pre/post-op, and PACU care for adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients

  • Assess, plan, and implement patient care; monitor outcomes and safety

  • Educate patients/families on post-discharge care

  • Administer medications and perform interventions per protocols

  • Collaborate with healthcare team and maintain a healing, safe environment

Requirements

  • RN license in New York (required)

  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications (AHA or RQI only)

  • OR/PACU experience; stroke care experience preferred

  • Able to respond to on-call assignments
