We are actively recruiting a Licensed Addiction Counselor (MT) to serve patients in Hardin and surrounding communities in a federally designated shortage area. What You'll Do

  • Conduct substance use and addiction evaluations
  • Provide behavioral health treatment services
  • Collaborate with medical, dental, pharmacy, and community health teams
  • Work within an integrated medical + behavioral health model
  • Adapt your role to support diverse programs across our system
  • Practice within the full scope of your licensure and clinical privileges
  • Support recovery in a high-need rural community

What You'll Bring

  • Licensed Addiction Counselor (Montana)
  • Associate's degree in Alcohol & Drug Studies (minimum)
  • Master's degree preferred
  • BLS certification within 30-days upon hire
  • Valid driver's license
