As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will operate as a trusted advisor to clients while leveraging one of the region's most substantial lead and support systems. This is a role designed for experienced producers who want to increase production, income, and career trajectory dramatically. Agents currently writing 40-50 or more policies per month consistently double or triple that volume with our resources.
- First year earnings typically $80,000+
- Paid time off and paid holidays

Responsibilities- Execute fast and consistent speed-to-lead follow-up on inbound opportunities
- Maintain disciplined daily activity and pipeline ownership
- Conduct needs-based sales conversations focused on proper coverage and value
- Deliver accurate quotes and coverage recommendations with confidence
- Manage follow-up and nurturing to maximize close rates
- Track performance metrics and actively participate in coaching sessions
- An active Property and Casualty insurance license is required
- Prior insurance sales experience is required, prior Allstate experience is a plus
- Proven sales process and consistent production history
- High level of accountability, self-motivation, and coachability
- Competitive mindset with a desire to be among the best in the industry
