The Jeff Case Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking top producers to join our team! Our well-established, growing, local Allstate agency is seeking Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Representatives who are ready to launch their sales career to the next level.

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Helping individuals and families secure their tomorrows and protect them from the unexpected is our mission.

We currently are seeking candidates who can work full time in our Anchorage, AK Agency.

Total Compensation Package includes Base + Commissions+ Bonus Opportunities = $50,000.00 - $70,000.00+ per year
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why its so important to have proper coverage.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Answer the phone and assist walk in customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
- Currently have or willing to obtain a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
- Be willing and able to work full time in our Anchorage, AK Agency location *REQUIRED*
- Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Career minded vision.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
