Licensed Architect / Project Architect

We're partnering with a highly respected architecture and design firm seeking a Licensed Architect / Project Architect to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others, and working across a diverse portfolio of building types.

What You'll Do

  • Lead architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration.

  • Prepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit.

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams throughout all project phases.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Mentor and support junior architects and design staff.

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and applicable codes.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Architect (required)

  • Strong proficiency in Revit

  • Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills

  • Ability to lead project teams while balancing multiple priorities

  • Diverse project experience is a plus
