Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Maryland
Job Summary
We are hiring an LCSW-C to join our telehealth team and provide steady, high-quality mental health care. This role is designed for clinicians who want to spend their time in sessions, supporting clients through assessment, treatment, and follow-up, without juggling in-person logistics or unpredictable schedules.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to clients via telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and diagnoses
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Monitor therapeutic progress over time
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Requirements
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in outpatient mental health therapy
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote role
