Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Maryland

Job Summary

We are seeking an LCPC who wants a clear, consistent telehealth role centered on counseling and client progress. You will work with a defined caseload, provide structured therapy sessions, and support clients through practical, goal-oriented care in a predictable daily schedule.

Responsibilities

Deliver counseling services through telehealth
Conduct mental health evaluations
Create individualized care plans
Track client outcomes and progress
Complete documentation in the EHR

Requirements

Active Maryland LCPC license
Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
Experience providing mental health counseling
Familiarity with evidence-based approaches
Strong organization and communication skills
