Are you a licensed mental health professional ready to step away from administrative burden and traditional office overhead? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teletherapist to partner with us as an independent contractor. Role Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Setting: Fully Remote—Practice from a location that suits you, provided it's private and secure.
Time Commitment: Complete scheduling freedom. You define your client load and hours—no mandated minimums.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services (individual, group, or couples) through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate effective, measurable treatment strategies.
Maintain impeccable, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews.
Exercise complete control over your calendar and caseload volume.

What We Look For

Credentials: Current, unrestricted state license in good standing.
Clinical Expertise: Proficiency in recognized therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT).
Digital Fluency: Comfort and efficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and professional video conferencing.
